Objectionable CONTENT and CONDUCT are not welcome on the Spawn.com message boards. Users not adhering to the below policy will be given an INFRACTION (please read below for our Disciplinary Action), and your account may be either temporarily suspended or permanently banned. This policy will be enforced on posts on our message board as well as text sent via our forum’s private messaging service.

By posting on the SPAWN.COM MESSAGE BOARD, you are agreeing to be bound by these policies.

Objectionable language is considered any curse word, (including deliberate typos) racial slur, description or depiction of an adult situation or threats to another board member.

Board stalking, harassment and thread bombing will not be tolerated on the message boards. If you have a legitimate gripe with another board member, please deal with this matter privately. ”Flame Wars” serve no purpose and will NOT be tolerated on these message boards.

Advertising is not allowed on these message boards. Any member posting advertisements will be given an infraction, and the advertisement post will be deleted.

Board members are only allowed to have one login. If you are found using multiple accounts – this action will lead to a ONE TIME ONLY WARNING, and deletion of your secondary account.

Board member-led contests, bets, or giveaways are not allowed.

Disregarding the above policies will result in the following disciplinary actions:

1st Infraction - Warning issued to Board Member
2nd Infraction - Warning issued and 5-day suspension
3rd Infraction - Warning issued with 10-day suspension
4th Infraction - Final Warning issued with 30-day suspension
5th Infraction - No Warning, permanent banning of user account.

The above list does not guarantee 5 infractions will always be given to any user. Permanent banning of the corresponding account may result without warning, depending on the severity of the user’s actions.
