i'm finally back in my room! when i got back from my group project, one of my friend's called because he came back into town and wanted to go eat. then on our way out of the cafeteria, one of our other friends was going in to eat so we went back (the meal plans are based on # of days, not meals). then we waited a little bit for another one of my friends to get back and now he's gone over to his brother's so i came back here

UNITED WAY JERSEY AUCTION SET FOR FRIDAY

2/8/05 The Tri-City Storm of the United States Hockey League along with The Nebraska Lottery will be holding the fifth annual United Way jersey auction following Friday's game against the Lincoln Stars. The game begins at 7:05 p.m. at the Kearney Event Center.

The night, which benefits the United Way of the Kearney Area, begins with Tri-City Storm players wearing specially designed jerseys during Friday's game. A silent auction will be held on the concourse throughout the game with the two highest bidders taking part in a live auction following the game.

This year's jersey will feature the new United Way logo. Three jersey designs were posted on the Storm's website in December and fans were able to vote for their favorite jersey. Mitch Johnson and Red Eye Graphic Design of Omaha designed this year's jerseys.

This is the fifth year of the annual jersey auction. Last year's event raised a record of $17,335 to push the four-year total to over $45,000 raised for the United Way of the Kearney Area.

Tickets are still available to Friday's game by calling the Storm offices at (308) 338-8809.

the only one i can work on has been put on hiatus until the weather gets better and i can find somewhere to put the primer on. i can;t do it in my room cause the smell is just overwhelming and i have to keep the windows open for almost 24 hours with my fan at full blast. luckily, i have been able to get most of my decals on all my other customs. i messed up one during application and messed up the colors on another so i'll reprint those when i print off the damphousse decals

so i'm really happy that i've made the decision to live in a different dorm next year. some freshmen threw long light bulbs down the stairwell last night and the glass is still shattered all over the stairs

i think part of the problem is the lack of discipline from the ras. maybe the residence directors need to make stricter policies to keep these idiots in check
