haven't done much custom work lately.. currently have:

Gelinas white Hurricanes - waiting for my lazy butt to get some decal paper
Linden black Canucks - so far, have only painted the whole thing black and the yellow sock stripe
Gelinas white Oilers - have the whole figure painted white, started the sock stripes last time, don't like them much
Gelinas BLUE Oilers - have painted over the numbers and C on a gretzky 1 figure. Kinda stalled there

Just received a Lidstrom reg, which will most likely soon become a Florida figure, and am waiting on a couple of Datsyuk's which will become Flames red and white.. Looking forward to the weather being lousy to give me a reason to be inside more ;)

finally, the nhl top ten is back on nhl.com! it was the top ten goals of the last season. i was a little disappointed that in the honorable mention that they didn't have either hendrickson's diving goal against vancouver or hinote's jumper against turco. they used a wrap around from hejduk against the kings. i guess i should leave turco alone, since he got ******ed in the top 3 goals! and of course, datsyuk was #1

Three Canadians and three Americans were traveling by train to a hockey game. The three Americans each buy tickets and watch as the three Canadians buy only a single ticket.

"How are the three people going to travel on only one ticket?", asks an American.

"Watch and you'll see," says a Canadian.

They all board the train. The Americans take their respective seats but all three Canadians cram into a bathroom and close the door behind them.

Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets. He knocks on the bathroom door and says, "Ticket please!"

The door opens a crack, a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The conductor takes it and moves on.

The Americans see this and agree it was quite a clever idea. So after the game they decide to copy the Canadians on the return trip and save some money. When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip. To their astonishment the Canadians don't buy a ticket at all.

"How are you going to travel without a ticket?" asks one perplexed American.

"Watch and you'll see," replies a Canadian.

When they board the train the three Americans cram into a bathroom and the three Canadians cram into another bathroom nearby. Once the train leaves the station, one of the Canadians leaves and walks over to the other bathroom where the Americans are hiding, knocks on the door and says,

My wife, who is blonde, came running up to me in the driveway, the other day, just jumping for joy! I didn't know why she was jumping for joy but I thought, what the heck and I started jumping up and down along with her.

She said, "Honey, I have some really great news for you!"

I said, "Great. Tell me what you're so happy about."

She stopped jumping and was breathing heavily from all the jumping up and down, when she told me that she was pregnant! I was ecstatic! We had been trying for a while, so I grabbed her and kissed her on the lips and told her, "That's great! I couldn't be happier!"

Then, she said "Oh, honey, There's more."

I asked, "What do you mean 'more'?"

She said, "Well, we are not having just one baby. We are going to have TWINS!"

Amazed at how she could know so soon after getting pregnant, I asked her how she knew.

She said, (You're going to love this!)




"Well, that was the easy part. I went to Wal-Mart and bought the twin-pack home pregnancy test kit and both tests came out positive!" :D

anyone remember that episode of seinfeld where the water pressure was turned down on all the showers so kramer and newman got circus grade shower heads that were meant for elephants. well, i think they installed 2 of those when they built this place. i took my first shower and went to the far end. i thought the shower head looked weird, and found out why very fast! it's a little weird having some much pressure, but it'll have its benefits when my back is sore

it's not a dumb question, i actually get it every time i post about this custom. frylock is a character from the animated show "aqua teen hunger force" on cartoon network's adult swim. i got bored doing only avs and decepticon customs, and needed something to fill the void during the lockout. so i started doing different customs of characters from tv shows, movies, and comics. i'm still working on him, a batman from brian leetch, space ghost from belfour2, a denver broncos hockey customs from modano, and i'm slated to start an shl custom from jagr1. i have to finalize a jersey design and colors before i start painting jagr, but he is primed and ready to go

Tell you what- get up tomorrow morning and say to yourself " Today I'm going to make a conscious effort to talk to a girl". Doesn't have to be the prettiest girl- just pick a girl that you think you could talk to without getting all uptight. It's probably a little late, but if you could take a class that is predominantly female, you'd have a much better chance at the ladies. That's my 2 cents worth, anyway.
