just took some nasty crap called "airborne". it's supposed to help stop you from getting sick when you feel sick. it's like that stuff you take for indigestion that you put into water and takes horrible. can't think of the name, though

Don't know if you have it down there, but we have some stuff called Cold FX. When you start to come down with the flu you take 3 capsules three times a day for the first day, then 2 capsules three times a day for the second day, then 1 capsule three times a day on the third day. After that it's just one a day for maintenance. Understand the Flames and Oilers take them daily. Seems to work for me. I think they're all natural, too.
