holy crap, i just about broke my wrists doing my last max benchpress test!

my max was 215 for the day after i failed to get 220 up. what really killed me was the endurance at 150 lbs after that

i'm lifting as part of a drug study. get $300 to take a protein shake 2x a day and lift

actually, it was a whole program. we lifted 3 days a week for 4 weeks. then we started the supplement 2 time a day and reduced the lifting to once a week for 4 weeks. then we went to no lifting and stayed the same for the supplement.

and we're only doing benchpress and leg extensions, so it's not like we're doing tons of stuff. we're in the final week of the study, so tomorrow will be my last day of lifting and that's my max leg extension test

i haven;t seen any changes, but my strength rocketed after the initial 4 weeks for bench. it went up after the next 4 weeks, but went down only 5 lbs for bench.

and driving to the hospital was harrowing, about 50 yards ahead of me, a car swerved right from the middle lane and then over-corrected I guess, or got some grip on a part that wasn't icy anymore, cuz he went and plowed into the guy in front of me in my lane.. I hit the brakes which didn't do much good, but luckily they weren't slowing down very quickly either.. I managed to slow down enough to get through the initial mess, and when I looked back, the road was blocked with crashed cars, probably they couldn't stop when they saw the mess ahead.. LUCKY DAY!!!

Actually the show Numbers on CBS is not bad. There some decent comedies on ABC, Hope and Faith is not bad, it does have it's moment. Fox has Killer Instinct, that is also not a bad show. Also there is a Monk christmas special on USA that is on tonite!!!

Killer Instinct is also cancelled. Fox is showing all the episodes it's ordered then it's gone forever. Yeah I will ave to catch Monk tonight.

Yeah it's played out. That's why WB has pretty much cancelled the second season of Blue Collar TV. I'm just waiting for the next crappy comedian to get a tv show.

What the hell is Speed channel showing. Cars and trucks are going around a figure 8 circle with trailers behind each vehicle. I guess the object is to not get your trailer hit but some guy decided to have a motor home behind his vehicle. The motor home got a vehicle driven right through the back of it.

first, she'll need some support cause his first deployment got her totally stressed out to the point she was losing her hair. second, they're going to try and have a baby or get pregnant before he leaves so she'll need my mom's help. i guess if the pregnancy thing doesn't happen i'll still live there but she'll probably be there too

Yeah I have the dvd. I've been watching dvds this past week I've only watched once. So on Tuesday I watched Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy. That movie made no sense the first time, but the second time it made sense. It's also a pretty good movie.
