yes, it's back. maybe not in it's original glory, but it's back. i decided to go with version 3 because the thread that made it past the summer upgrade was more like a second version.

in the event of the old thread being found, i'll delete this. but that doesn;t look like it's going to happen.

i'll lay down some new ground rules later, since it's now "my" thread.
