These guys expect full book value for the cards. I don't blame them. However, it's really hard for me to give them their asking prices when I can get this stuff for 25% to 50% off what they are asking for.

and then on my last shift, with maybe 5 or so min left, i blocked a point blank blast from about 5 or 6 feet away, after connecting solidly with the outside of my left ankle, it shot directly back the other way up the boards to my left winger, creating a quasi opportunity for us. it took a minute or so for the pain to set in, and i followed up with the play for another half a minute or so before i started thinking the bench was a loooong ways away and i better get the hell off :D i was hobbling by the last few steps to the bench.

had swelled up about 3x its size. applied ice. swellings gone down some now :)

tough loss tho, apparently they were a good team, and while we weren't Spectacular, we really werent doing anything wrong, and were right in the game (up 2-1 at one point)

On Kelowna there is Shea Weber, and their goalie Yeomans has played out standing. On Kelowna there is Dawes and Glass. It's a great series to watch as both teams have stellar goaltending and high temp offence.

my accountant beeped me on MSN tonight - asking me about all this stuff from our business plan... we write a midterm tomorrow based on it, and it's designed to measure our understanding of the project (read: who slacked off and has no idea what's happening).

she was so out of the picture for the longest time, didn't come to meetings, didn't get us information, and tonight said she didn't do a bunch of our financial ratios because she didn't really want to and would take the hit in marks. she's currently one of our bottom 3 performers (based on peer evaluations) hah!

the questions start piling in - she's starting from the top of our review sheet, and seems to be asking me *everything* (evidence of how uninvolved she's been), and i can't even get up the words. 1030 the night before? and you suddenly want help?

so yeah, i waited like 4 minutes, didn't answer, and blocked her dumbass. and i'm avoiding everyone else tomorrow... as if you could slack off all term and then ask for help the night before? pfft. i'm so tired of bouying her (and the other group members).

hey guys - went chasing for legends 2 today, no avail... but i stumbled on a neat find at Superstore Portage Ave.

a white oilers gretz from legends 1, and a series 3 black chase iggy.

picked up the oilers gretz so i could open it (now i have closure that i could probably move my set of legends), and it rang in at $2!!

anyway, chase Iggy is still sitting there, i tried to pick it up at that price but the code wouldn't ring up and they used the normal price of $13. so i passed on it.

good luck to whoever wants it :) i'm gonna go tare open my gretz now.
