i know 2 people who took that program last year. one was in a 'good group' and got an A. the other (my brother-in-law) was in a 'troubled group' and had to appeal (alot) to get an A- (i believe).

For the sake of Ernie and everyone else reading the thread, they are selling well on ebay right now. There are 5 in every box of 200 toys, so they are relatively rare. But the promo runs for six weeks and Vader is in every different shipment so his value will drop quickly once people figure that out. The rumours you read about him being 1 in 200 are crap.

it was pretty cool to see the place packed tonight (granted i had sellouts at the canada games so it wasn't so odd to see)...

i think the highlights were 15,000 people giving Green a standing ovation at the first whistle after his goal... betcha he hasn't had anything like that before. and we had one really raucous "go moose go" chant... the loudest that i've ever heard thats for sure.

i felt bad for miller though - when the moose were up 5-2, we won a draw in their end, and shot right away, and hit miller, and he just put his down and stayed still because he felt it trickle through his legs... but it actually just managed to miss. but he was so stunned that he didn't even look behind like most goalies would've.. poor guy. but ah well.

and again - the moose play "na na na naaa" music with 30 seconds left... that's just bad karma. it's one thing for the fans to do it - but the music guy should *never* be doing that.

i'll be buying my tickets for next series bright and early tomorrow. do we know if chicago (assuming) will have home ice ? i have no idea what tickets to buy if we have home... game one or two? or wait for a game 6? (i'd prefer it didn't go that far)... hmmm.

It's blue. I have a couple. The NHLPA was white I believe, and that would be the pic you see in the insert. All the repaints are blue. Yzerman & Bourque are the only two repaints that had more than one of.

whatever you do, don't unplug it when it says "do not disconnect". apparently you have to send it back, and you might just end up having to get them to send you a new one. (figure they'd idiot proof it a bit better then that).

That works for me, the Brodeur is dented on the bottom right corner of the bubble, and the a couple spots on the side part (the thin plast that goes around the bubble) that have cracks

Took the afternoon off to watch ep3. While I wasn't disappointed with the story or effects, Lucas should have gotten someone to write a better dialogue. I usually approach the Star Wars movies positively, but for the first 20 minutes, I was cringing and thinking, "This sounds a lot like 'earth' talk to me."
