Most of them still have some form of Warrantly left but I still suggest the Extended plan anyway. it's $169 for 2 additional years and it covers your battery. PLus all parts and labour. Personally I think it's worth it for the battery coverage alone. I think it's if the battery hits below 50% capacity. Either way calculate the cost of a battery Malfunction at about $260 if you doint have coverage. $200 for the battery and $60 for a tech to diagnose it.

Gratzi: Only the discontinues digicams. There's still a few but nothing spectacular. All depends what you are looking for I suppose. 25% off disco'd cameras. 10% off everything else. I'm a big mark for HP cameras these days. they've come a long way and I think they are on par with some of the leading names. Most people ignore em because they think they dont rank up with Canon and sony etc. which was the case before but no longer IMO.

Shakes: We got Toshiba's, Sony's, Compaq, HP, and Averatec. And our Custom builds if you are so inclined. Of course custom builds you wont get 25% off.

Actually it isn't even that, the old part. When I still lived at home, I had a group of friends that were into drugs and they always listened to Floyd. I wasn't into them at that point but eventually they just grew on me. Probly in part cause of Power 97 but liked them a tad before moving to the city.

wmv is one format it will not play. yet. there may be a firmware upgrade at some point which will cover it tho. the 642 basically has a 'mini-computer' in it that can be upgraded. and at $89!! maybe that's why stores are selling out of the machines?

did i mention that i got one of the 'You have it, we play it!' philips 642 promo cards that i 'just happened to find lying on the floor' -at wallys? lmao :)

you can also convert wmv files quite easily from what i understand. i haven't bothered YET, but i do have a few little wmv's here and there. to be honest, it would likely me more easier for me to 'replace' them with mpg or avi tho. i can be lazy when it comes to learning new software :rolleyes: prefer to use what i know and use efficiently/effectively

BSJ - i went with limewire on a friends recommendation... within an hour my laptop froze.. i rebooted and uninstalled it.. i'm going to hunt down the spyware blockers i had and do a search and make sure im' clean - otherwise it wasn't a very enjoyable experience...

I was under the impression that RBK would take over the name just like they took over the company, and Koho would be phased out. Much of the RBK goalie gear looks nearly identical anyway.

That being said, in the past I've heard of upcharges depending upon which retailer you order. I've also heard that it's very difficult to get anything custom from them unless you're ordering through a company like www.dukes1hockey.com, who seem to have the inside track.

i've got the 'aeroplane flies high', cd singles boxset - very nice set. all the cd singles from mellon collie, and some amazing b-sides and covers. i particularly like the cover of 'clones'. for those who don't know, this was an alice cooper song
