What should I get? I just got a nice bonus at work and part of it is for my wife and kids trip to Mexico to see her parents(yes I'll be home alone for a month:D ), and the rest I want to either get a PSP(for my son and I) or an iPod(for the gym) or save for a nice TV. What should I do?

I have a 46" Sony Hi-Def WideScreen TV and the NBA Finals looks great in HD. I would say save for the TV especially for NCAA and NFL in HD if you like football :D However I do use my Ipod at the gym, Ipods are great for working out ;)

Best of luck to you Josh. I've actually been thinking about moving to Tennessee the last couple of months. A lot has happened in my life the last 2 years and I think a change would do me good. I also consider the stuff you do, like buying a house, and realize I can't do that here. There are so many things about So Cal that I'm sick of. I would miss my friends and family but thanks to airplanes and the Internet, they'll never be that far away. I'd miss seeing my nephew grow up the most. He's become like a son to me.

Thanks Jay. Yeah, it was absolutely sickening looking for a house down here. $400K for a 900 sq ft condo is what we could've gotten. :confused: :eek: Absolutely rediculous. We'll end up with a 3000 sq ft house for around $250K. I can't wait.

I went to santafe springs swap meet today and the guy was selling the mlb 12 series for 10 bucks each and the gagne for 15 and the beltran chase for 25 and when i got there he was selling a ortiz chase for 25 it did have a world series patch on the right shoulder. Every thing else he was selling for 5 bucks and i didnt buy anything.

Believe me I did suffer, first the Dodgers looked like the bad news bears on the field, it was 5-0 Arizona in the 1st, with Shawn Green hitting a homer, Troy Glaus didn't even play, and to top it off, the fireworks show was cut short do to a small fire on the hill behind that 76 station, and a PT Cruiser and a Suburban also caught on fire!!! And those cars were I'd say at least 200 feet from our car:eek: . I'm sticking to Angel Stadium.

I opened two 8 figure cases at GS today, each one had a complete set and a chase in each box (Beltre Dodgers, Rolen chase). I might add that the figures in both cases were slightly damaged.

what a day...i was cleaning up some papers when i found a store credit for GS. it was dated back in April, i guess i had it left over from when i bought MVP baseball. so i head over to GS just to see if anything was there....i found a GAGNE chase waiting for me on the pegs. the funny thing was i looked at the games 1st then headed to the sp's. this was the 1st chase i've ever found at a GS, in the middle of the day no less. what a day.
