how is that by the way, i've past on it a few times, although i love the earlier NIN stuff more so than the past few cd's, what does it compare too?
To be honest it's my first NIN cd. It took a couple of listens for me to appreciate it but now I listen to it regularly. It's very moody.
Listening to this right now by the way...

Excellent, another masterpiece! Superior musicianship, cool songs, great production, just a great album! Great bass guitar throughout. Not a cultural album like Icon; much more of a progressive fusion sound, laid-back at times too. Sweet bass solo in Layla Attar. Pluie de Etincellas is a great piano piece by the late great Shawn Lane & Shawn really rips it up on guitar in Serpents and Pigs & Throwing Elephant and Wrestling! Jonas kills in Throwing Elephant too. Just download the song Throwing Elephant and Wrestling! ;)

Thanks. I love Cuckoo Clocks of Hell--some of the best guitar playing ever recorded, but I really wish bucket would get a decent band sometimes. Without one, some of his stuff ends up sounding like phenomenal demo discs more than well conceptualized albums. Laswell is a great producer, but he hasn't been doing good things for Buckethead lately, at least in my opinion.

I've got Dreamatorium. I like it quite a bit. Evil ambient music for lack of a better term. He really shreds it up on the last track, but the guitar is so processed that it's hard to tell it's even a guitar at times. It really makes me wish that Buckethead would get together with Brian Eno at some point though.

It was fantastic! I really only went to see Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Rob Zombie and Black Label Society but some of the other bands did impress me such as In Flames, Trivium, Shadows Fall, and Killswitch Engage. The rest of the bands all sounded the same to me. Lot's of growling and such. lol.
I'm going to post some pics tomorrow once I get them sorted, but here's one for you now.

Iron Maiden were the class of the show by far. Sabbath were really good but Ozzy's voice broke down about 4 songs in and he threw down his microphone and stormed off. He did eventually come back but was really struggling. I felt bad for him.

Faith Hill - Fireflies
Yes, I listen to modern & traditional country music. I've always liked Faith's voice, this is her new one & it's pretty good. It's definitely better than Cry, her last one, but it's not as good as Breathe, which imo, is still her best.

I could listen to Patty Loveless anytime. Great voice. I'm not a Country fan by any means but she's one of my guilty pleasures. I also listen to Lucinda Williams. Great talent.

ahhh, i play a good variety of instruments, cuz like i said i manage a band, along with that i set up the guitars, drums, and do most of the sound board work, if you're into playin' and really enjoy it, i really encourage you to do something with it as u get older (mainly saying cuz you are a bit younger than me ;) )

sweet, im 21 and i've been playin guitar since i was prolly 10 years old, its a nice lil added talent, although music is a huge part of my life i prolly wouldnt wanna possess a career in performing music, thats why i own my own custom paint and body shop (hence the name priceless customs :D )
Sweet. You ever made a guitar? You can make alot of money off those. They're made for $500 yet can go for $5,000.
