The Offical Bad Trader List

I have been seeing a lot of bad trader stuff recently like the one stuck to the top of this here thread. maybe it would be a good idea to have a sticky at the top that has an official list of who not to deal with and as much information as possible able each one incase they pop up in a different name.

What do you guys think? I would be happy to spear head the list and keep it updated. I hate to see guys getting burned so I think this can help to minimize the damage that one person can do. After everyone knows that they can check someone out aginst a master list of bad useer names then we can all rest a little easier..

...and in case you have not seen my stuff posted around, I have been helping out where I can by trying to get information about scammers to those who get scammed or think that they have been scammed. My most often help is to get a phone number so that the person who get's scammed or what ever, can call and try to figure out exactly what went wrong. So far I have helped to get 2 trades finished as promised.

Word of advice for all buyers. A lot of complaints come in with details about these guys saying that they are in the hospital, they have been sick blah blah blah. be suspicious of everyone, check anyone that you don't know aginst this list and any other bad trader lists out there. I work in a fraud department for a major phone company and a lot of the people scamming the phone company are in the hospital or their mother is sick, what ever sad, sad story you can think of, they come up with it to get you to get your walet out and give them some cold hard cash for nothing. Be SMART when you deal with anyone!!

I think the only bad deal I had was with, "TheGrave" but he got banned. Just didn't give me all the parts to a toy and the ones he sent were in bad condition. While the ones I sent him were pretty much new. It's hard to know when getting loose figures, I Just avoid it now.

I've been pretty lucky and dealt with some good people here, I try to do good as well. I've heard some 'horror' stories, I would think this thread would be full by now.

I spent $50 CDN (not including shipping, that was another $16.50) to send him a deluxe Eternal Clan Dragon and Sorcerer Dragon from McF series 2, and I was supposed to get a loose 12" WoR and two small loose figs (I think one was Samurai Spawn, the other was supposed to be Ozzy Osbourne, but if he couldn't find it he was gonna send something else). I PMed him a while ago (April 4th) to see what my status was, he said he just got the stuff I sent him and my stuff was on the way. I waited two weeks, then on the 14th, I did a ref check just to make sure, and I got some skeptical answers, he said don't worry it's on it's way, he used his work's shipping to save some money. But he's in Ontario and I know it shouldn't take a month to get here :(

I waited two weeks, then on the 14th, I did a ref check just to make sure, and I got some skeptical answers, he said don't worry it's on it's way, he used his work's shipping to save some money. But he's in Ontario and I know it shouldn't take a month to get here :(

Sometimes stuff gets held up in customs. I've had stuf take over a month to get to Canada. I don't get much in from Canada, and it's normally wuick, but yes, I think that it can take over a month.

I sent him a red biker chick on April, 13th for a 12" T-850. Today is May 6, 2006 and I have still not recived my end of the deal. He however has!!

He also said he would send me a 6" LOD momc, to replace the T-850 this thursday with DC# and has not done so. I have pm'd him several times and he has been on, but does not respond to anyones pm's!

I sent him the Hellraiser DVD tin, Army of Darkness 2-disc Ltd Ed DVD and a Darkness figure. He was supposed to send some Infernal parade figs, Resident evil figs and a bunch of heroclix for my son. It was only my 2nd deal on here so I was happy to send first as I had no refs at the time :(
He tried to get a 12" alien out of me for free too (I had a spare) but there was no way i was sending that until my stuff had arrived...just as well.
