From what was posted in the CC area, looks like this is a lottery figure, you have to get your name in a drawing to get it.

Jason Varitek/Umpire 2-pack - Due to anticipated high demand for this item, you must register online for a chance to purchase this MLB exclusive! A special registration banner will appear on the spawn.com homepage, beginning at NOON(EST) on November 1st and ending on November 7th at 7:00pm(EST). Those selected in a random drawing will be notified via email on Friday, November 11th. This email will include instructions on how to purchase this exclusive figure online. The normal limit of TWO per household will apply. Due to licensing restrictions, this item will only be available to customers in the United States, Canada, Taiwan, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Latin America.

Ok, so if we are able to purchase the Varitek exclusive thru the specail email instruction are we able to order other/ additional spawn store stuff too, or strictly just the Varitek exclusive? Cause I need an Ales Hemsky, hoping to get with that Varitek.

I guess this will be the same bull---- as the barry bonds exclusive. If you can get into the system u should be able to order directly....not this drawing bull----!!!!! Here I go again after collecting for years (I'm talking since RED Violator) I'll only be able to get one if i get one of those "SPECIAL E-MAILS"

Well what about people that are collectors but dont have access to a computer during the day when they are at work. Not all of us have jobs where you can just park yourself in front of a computer for 8 hours and get whatever you want. I'm glad they do it like this every once and a while. It gives other people the chance to get stuff.

Quit whining newbie. If they want to get the exclusives, but don't have access to a computer, go to a library at lunch or an internet cafe. There are ways to do it. Or, get another boardmember to "hook you up".

This new way of doing it is awful!
