standard business practices are that replies generally come in about 5 standard business days. that means you need to wait at least 2 more before you can complain again.

businesses usually respond alot quicker than 5 days. It's usually 2 days.

the reply came on the 14th by message board, then you asked another question on the 14th meaning 5 business days from the 14th.
and Eric, standard business practices are called standard business practices because that's the standard. your experience might be different but the standard is 5 days.

so whom exactly defines this standard practice that a business has 5 days to reply? Is there somewhere I can read up on it?

www.google.com
however, you might want to just buy a macro-level standards and practices manual off of amazon or ebay.
