First, try the toy forums. Second, never ask "Will we ever" because the answer will always be possibly. As Jon put it, if there is a demand for it, they know about it, but don't have plans for makeing it at this time, but that doesn't mean they never will.

For the record, Spawn V's mold is damaged, so that's why he isn't in 12" form.

What Jon will say...

"We are indeed aware of the demand from our fans for this figure (and I will continue to let the powers-that-be know this figure is wanted, if not needed, by our fans). Unfortunately, we do not currently have plans to produce a 'Chopper/Gill' Predator. That, however, does not mean we never will.

For some reason a number of people on these message boards only think in absolutes. When I saw 'maybe' or 'not at this time' it is because there is still a chance we may do something in regards to whatever item is in question (in this case - Chopper/Gill). Such comments are also, largely, in response to vague questions. How does anyone expect to get a definite answer out of 'will you ever'?

So, until the time comes that we say 'absolutley not,' there is a chance. Doesn't mean it will happen and it most likely means it won't happen in the near future, but you have to keep in mind that we will be making figures for many years to come. So, 'not this year' could mean next year. Or the next year. Just because we have no room in our production schedule at one point in time or have minimal interest when compared to other projects at another point in time, doesn't in any way, shape or form mean we never will have interest or room.

Patience, as always, is the key, as everything cannot come at once.

I hope that makes sense.

To clarify...

We have no plans for a Chopper/Gill Predator at this time.

We understand the want for this figure among our fans.

Until I tell you 'absolutley not,' there is a chance you will get this figure."

What Jon wants to say...

(See above.)

Chopper/Gill' Predator is just an example. His statement applies to any figure.

Glad to help. :)

TK,

Both the "Santa" SPAWN and SPAWN VII are on our radar as far as 12-inch figures are concerned (doesn't mean we will definitely make them, but it is a possibility at some point in the future).

SPAWN V, unfortunately is not possible at this time due to some troubles with the original molds. As a matter of fact, the SPAWN i.095 we will be releasing in November was originally intended to be SPAWN V, until we found out about the mold issues.

... to what your referring to "guilty"..have you not noticed that I was being sarcastic..
read between the lines and you'll find that what I am saying is that "you must really want to be important here "..
It's amazing that you haven't picked up on that, I guess I should have been straight forward
in what I wrote so that you could understand more clearly. To claim "bipolar" after that is
ignorant of the fact of what I original wrote for you.
Again this thread was to clarify a question posted to a TMP employee and not intended for some half witted answer from a individual who just what to come in and " save the day" ,how important you must feel.
I get tired of having to always post what seems a huge rebuttal to those morons that come in and "pick" away and what was intended as a simple question from a valued source of information..after all this is a message board owned by the company TMP...
a company I am inquiring to for an answer on there products..Why always having to defend a simple thread from those of little whit or of little observation to what is obvious is way beyond me..
thank you sincerely...oh damn I'm being sarcastic again...and I love your one liner last posted ;)
