well i just got finished rearranging my dvd collection and then counting...and on today october 14th 2005 i have 485 dvds...wow

so how many does everyone else have...take a couple of minutes and count...

739. I only count TV season sets and multi disc editions as one title. I know there are some people that count every disc they own into their total but I don't do that.

This is also not including pornography...I don't count those either for the most part.

yeah....i'm not counting all the seperate films from boxed sets.....stuff like my nightmare on elm street set.....my hellraiser puzzlebox......hammer horror collection....house collection.....alien quadrilogy......etc......

No im not. When i was in high school the money i would get with the job i had at the time I Would get 1 or 2 dvds a week. Now i get like 3 or 2 a month.

er...not many. I'm not too much of a dvd kinda collector. I just watch what comes on tv and spend my money on games and figures. But i'd say about 30-35 dvds

Does anyone know of any other free programs or sites that allow you to track your DVD's for free? I don't mind DVDaf. but it would be a lot better if you could change the layout, add info to your movies and stuff like that.

About 550, all original, not burned, not "backups..." (they don't count, as far as I'm concerned.)

If I counted "backups" and ones I bought in Chinatown (pirated/imported burns etc.) the number would be closer to 1000.

Id say between 80-100. I'll count tonight for the first time. But i was a late bloomer to DVD's. Held onto my VCR forever.

But i dont just buy any old movie either, its gotta be a favorite of mine with some serious rewatch factor. Lots of them are Epics or nostalgia titles from my childhood, the movies remind me of either home thru characters or location, or a great time in my life where i first saw it.

I think i own most of the movies i ever cared to go see in the theatre.
