Just wondering If anyone else from Canada has not recieved there shipping details yet? I have been charged, and not notified of any problems. Starting to get curious considering it is Monday now.

Sorry to hear that guy. Unfortunately spawn.com can't decide on wether being a place to purchase figures or just a fan site. Their excuse is "We are only supplying toys because the fans would like us to, but we are a fan site". With that in mind, It would probably be in your best interest to develope a strong sense of patience. They still haven't got the store part of the site down.HHMMM. How long has this spawn site been up?!?! Que sera, sera. I've had an order arrive without any confirmation, or change of shipping statis.

Putting these sets together and getting them ready to ship has proven to be a bigger challenge than we first thought- and a time-consuming one. Therefore, it's hard to make promises as to exactly when they will ship. All I can say is that they are going out as soon as possible. It would be kind of pointless to respond to emails if we don't yet have tracking numbers ready for them. If you emailed customer service and have not received a response, that is probably because we are waiting until we actually have a tracking number we can send to you.

Maybe this response should be emailed to those who have yet to get a response. It seems as if people do not want to give answers in fear of the response. Also, if you are waiting for a product relax a bit. Everyone on this board likes to complain but I think the complaining has now got the TMP staff waiting out issues.

Thanks Rick Grigg for giving a timely response. I am sure you guys have your hands full at times like this. I would have been patient if it were not for my friend who placed an order a day after me and recieved his FeDex # on Friday. I just dont understand how this could be the case.

I am being patient here, but cannot think of a reason why my cases would be delayed when my order was placed before my friends that are both going to be receiving their's in a few days. The least someone can do is explain this to me. Thanks.

Well its not like we have a choice LOL ! But an answer as to why some orders that have been sent before those who ordered first would be great.
