My guess is cost will be $10, you'll need to register with the store like everyone else, and secondary market value in 2 years is whothehellknows.

Yes, you can order it like everyone else by registering. No, you don't have to pay to join.

I think it will be worth maybe $25 momc and $10 loose before shipping. Not that it matters, because I but to add to my collection and not to trade or sell.

That's why you buy lots of stuff in one order. Shipping on 1 is bad, shipping on multiples, not quite as bad.
