Had a prob w/ the CC Clown I got.......let the CC club know about this via their customer service site.......still haven't heard anything. Does anyone know how long the turnaround is that they'll get to your issue......or at least confirm that they got your message?:confused:

I was gonna say that I got that NHL case they just did, one of my figs packages was busted open. It took them a little while to get back to me, but were real nice in having FedEx pick it up and they will replace the fig. I am very happy with what they did.
