Yes it said December. However, I took this off another post so people could realize that it might be delayed. Again, before you read this understand that the post below was in regard to another exclusive and MAY NOT have anything to deal with puss n boots. It does shed some light on how busy they are right now.

When I joined TMP about a little over a year ago we still had a 4-6 week shipping policy on ALL orders - not just during an exclusive release. It never really took that long to ship an order but it definitiely took alot longer than it does these days. And yes, this is a bad time of the year to release an exclusive figure because of the crush of orders that come along for the holidays. We didn't want to release an exclusive now but we had little choice as most of our exclusives got pushed back to the end of the year because of production delays caused by new lines like Wallace & G, Corpse Bride and Nappy D.

I had originally planned to release the Blue Spawn Exclusive this month as well but there is no chance of that happening now. We'll push that into January when business traditionally dies.

I won't make excuses. If we could, we'd ship every order the day within a day or two after we get it but our business isn't that ratable and we simply can't afford to staff ourselves as if everyday is a peak ordering period. So delivery times will slow down during exclusive releases because we staff for the mean not the max. I guess we could make that more clear when the customer places an order during one of the peak ordering periods - we could put a warning message or something in the checkout section.

I believe the last of the Varitek orders went out today. If anyone viewing this thread wants to cancel their order they should email us at customerservice@mcfarlane.com.
