OK, guys.... Some more Lego Batman help!

I'm gonna suggest that it's only because it was late, I was really tired and frustrated, but I cannot get I think minikit #8 on The Face Off when you fight Two-Face.

It's the one where after you pass the broken up bridge where you have to assemble the jumping platforms to the right and left, there's a left side minikit, which I got and then there's a right side minikit where you have to freeze some water, then super jump onto the water.

What the hell do I do? I froze the water but anytime I go to super jump, Mr. Freeze can't do it, the Joker can't do it and everyone else just dies in the toxic waste.

it also depends on your connection and if you are watching HD content.

If you login to netflix and checkout the steaming section there is a category for HD.

Checkout any movie from there.

Most stuff my wife and I stream is decent enough for us even if it isnt HD. It's certainly easier than me walking my lazy ass over to Blockbuster haha

I fight two level 50+'s today (58 and 52). They both are destroying me, just beating the crap outta me. I reversed them both to full guard, got the leg bar on them, and tapped them both. Only for them to quit and i don't get credit for it. SOOOO PISSED.

Great game though and hella fun.

well they are trying to be like everyone else(like a computer - PS3, Motion controls - Wii and PS2). Typical MS, see success somewhere else and mimic it. they are never the best but usually have good overall quality.

i rented bionic commando... the swinging is pretty damn fun and when you get a few good swings together you feel like you are moving really fast

The classes are like mini-games. You have to hit buttons at the right time, hit buttons in the right sequence, solve simple math problems and stuff like that. The video games are just a couple of arcade games that they have in the game, 3 I believe. If you act the right way to girls and guys you can get them to love you, then you can kiss them.

**** the music class, the system was flawed. It was only that one level that if you didnt time that damn double note just perfectly that you would pretty much fail. If one of the triggers registered just a tad bit quicker than the other you missed the notes.

hey for that never being healed achivement in Left 4 dead when you need health there is pretty much no way you won't get healed if your playing with the AI but if you go idle when they are about to heal you it won't count against you.

PLEASE READ: This is for the console only. NO hard drive, NO controllers. NO wires. Console works perfectly fine except that there is no sound or video (internal problem). If I can't get my rrod fixed, then I might just shell out the dough for a 360 Arcade but only if I don't have to replace my current harddrive and cables. Are they all compatible with VGA cables still and work with the HD-DVD drive?

i dont blame you.. id do the same. my buddy's ran out of warranty and a week later it died on him.. they quoted him the same deal 99 for repair. he just bought an arcade.

id personally keep the broken one, get it fixed locally and then get it modded.

Just beat The Darkness, Resident Evil 5 and halfway with Mercenaries 2 over the past week. Darkness was a decent game for $10. Got RE5 from Gamefly and was pleasantly surprised but still falls well short of all RE games before RE4. Beat it in 4 hours 55 minutes with a buddy online(he had unlimited ammo for all weapons so yeah it was a little easy :p).Just don't like the action in RE4 & 5 compared to older titles in the series. Beat RE Zero last month and thought it was amazing. Wish they would continue on in that path instead of the new action oriented path(though why not keep doing it when sales are way up now). Mercenaries 2 is decent not amazing but the game is pretty polished and fun in coop outside of random freezes for some reason.

I gave up on the mile high club. I have watched a few youtube vids on it. I swear that some of them just had lucky runs where the enemies worked in just a way that made it look semi-easy.

the farthest i made it was all i had to do was round the corner and the hostage was right there but i the last guy caught me on a reload and i missed him with the melee.

Been playing Spidey: Web of Shadows while on vacation and just finished the part where they bombed the SHIELD HQ to kill the symbiotes after I had to protect the main door and summon the air strike.

Pretty fun game, but the optional goals are ****ing repetitive as all hell.

Kill 10 symbiotes. Kill 20 Symbiotes. Kill 50 symbiotes. Kill 100 symbiotes.

Rescue 10 civilians. Rescue 20 civilians. Rescue 50 civilians. Rescue 100 civilians.

Come on, now.

Other than that, it's been frustrating but fun. I think the hardest time I had so far was beating Wolverine and the symbiote Electro.

I think I have to fight symbiote Black Cat and symbiote Wolverine next, then I guess the final fight with Venom to beat the game.

So far, I've chosen all the regular Spidey paths. I'll play it again and choose the black Spiderman paths next.

i don't know to many people who would buy a game with songs on it that they already have on the other GH games. yeah it's cool you can drum and sing to those songs but some are already available on rock band and alot of people can't sing or drum so there is no draw to the game really

Well, I beat the game last night twice (saved the game just after leading the convoy to the 4 SHIELD bases) and then fought Black Cat's symbiote, Vulture's symbiote and the Uber-Venom.

Then I just went back and did it again and did the other pick.

As for the collectibles, I'm at like 680+ right now and am actually having a hard time finding them now. It seemed like they were all over before, but now they just come up now and then.

It'll be easier once I hit 1080 and get the red dots on the mini map, I'm sure.

Right now I'm trying to get the stupid 60 optional goals achievement, so I'm running around like a doosh killing 32487245827489427984265 gangbangers.

Im just thankful Im way past all those sub missions, those were just so time consuming, i think i got to like within 20 tokens of the entire total amount which i thought was an achievement in itself

Although the only tokens I ever wanted were the ones in Ultimate Spider-Man for the PS2, I never did get the symbiote outfit :(

Yeah, the optional missions are a pain in the ass.

I just hope that re-doing the same ones from the first time count again. I had to have done close to 40-50 missions the first go around.

Hope I can get them out of the way early so I can just roll through the game.

I would, but I already have GH:M.

My buddy and I played UFC the other night and ****ing hated it. I realize I have to really LEARN the controls and the intricacies of the game, but we were just mashing buttons and just not having fun.

He tried to start a CAF career and gave up. He hated it too.

I called TRU to return it but they won't if it's opened and Gamestop will only gimme $27.50 for a trade, so eff them. I'll just suck it up, keep it and actually learn it. Maybe it'll be fun then.

ah, thats too bad hornz.. i dont dislike GH:M, i just dont play it. i would say it's gotten the least amount of play out of any game ive ever bought. if you know of someone else who would want it and want to work out a three way deal or something, be my guest. as long as the end result is me getting UFC I dont care how it works out :p

as for UFC, had you played the demo at all before hand and did you like it? me and my buddy played it, i liked it but i would constantly check the moves, and he didnt bother and after a few matches i was knocking him out in 30 seconds. ive played the demo about 100 times now and am getting pretty good with the iceman.. i absolutly suck with shogun tho. i CAN win, but not in the burtal ass kicking form i do with liddell. once you learn the pattern of how the moves work it's not so bad.. i had a blast playing it.

and in the meantime, anyone else want to trade me UFC for GH:Metallica?

gotcha.. well, stick with it. i find it's a very rewarding gaming experience, at least if the demo is any indication. it certainly is alot to learn, but once you get it there's so much you can do.. one of my favorite holy ****** moments are the occassional 1 punch knockouts. shogun did it to me first with a flying knee to the face 8 or 9 seconds into the match, caught me off guard and wham.. i was out. i just sat there in awe for a minute after watching all the replays.. even tho i lost, the sheer coolness of losing to such an unexpected move out of nowhere catching you offguard was awesome.. about a dozen fights later i did the same to him with a superman punch.. it was wicked.

Beat Gears of War 2 a few days ago and Call of Duty 5 before that. CoD got better as it went along and i was really happy with it in the end. Multiplayer has also grown on me. Give it a 9/10. Gears was a big let down. Story was mostly boring, acting was just plain bad, and i just hate the whole empty half a clip to kill one guy type of gameplay. Multiplayer is horrendous and is no fun at all compared to other live games. I would give it a 7/10.
