Yuck camel toe, but anyways there are 2 weeks left now in November and they still have not released the new figures from Inyuasha. So anybody know when???
I'm not exactly sure, i've heard they were coming out late Nov or sometime in Dec but hopefully they will hit the stores pretty soon because I really want those figures. :D

Anyone besides me pick up the new Ghost in the Shell CD (titled Stand Alone Complex O.S.T.)? If you like the music from the series, I HIGHLY reccomend it. It is an awesome CD, it has the theme song and the song rise is amazing! Also to keep with the toys topic I saw some Rurouni Kenshin figures, looked cool, but no Kenshin was there, so no buy for me. They also had that Cowboy Bebop Faye vinyl large figure thing. I did pick up a really awesome Vash keychain and Vash plush though!

HAUL!...well not really...i only got one thing and its was a "great one" at that ;) ...that was lame...i scored a regular wayne gretzky from walmart...they had like two huge cage things full they didnt even put them up on pegs...guess cuz these r in such high demand in canada...i was there for a bit looking for white variant even though i got one coming in from ebay...but scalpers musta gotten them while these were being put out in the morning...i kno its off topic but ive wanted this fig for a while now...also i ran into sum new ML7 figs...i saw 2 apocs and 2 hawkeyes all at retail...but the only one i would have picked up is phasing vision...cuz of his rarity

Here's what I found out so far (mostly from using altavista's page translation utility Japanese -> English). The figure will come as a promo item to the December 2004 Shonen Ace magazine. I believe the magazine will be sent with a mail-in voucher for Japanese customers only. If you find out anything else, please share.

If I understand the translation correctly, the magazine sold out all preorders ultra quick. freak...ive only seen the 2nd inuyasha movie...its hard for me to watch them cuz the animation is too diff...i mean the movement is more smooth but the style they animate doesnt look all that great...

So I come home today, and some eBay auctions were waiting for me. Unfortunately, SOME, not all. I won 3 auctions from this guy, and he left one out of the package. Emailed, will hopefully hear from him soon.

Anyway, it's the Range Murata set (missing one that i thought was gonna be included and including one i thought was gonna be missing) and the Girls Bravo set.

No pics yet for a couple reasons:

1. The stands for the Girls Bravo didnt arrive yet, so they are all lying down, and look like crap lying down.

IMO, this thing looks like crap. Maybe its a bad pic, but thing doesnt look anything like the source. It looks like a bootleg. I'm surprised its got the actual logo on it... I'll keep an eye out for better pics, but i wont get my hopes up here....

Just watched the 1st 2 episodes of Viewtiful Joe, and I have to say as a big fan of the game I thought that the show was pretty cool. It was kinda kiddy but overall looks really nice. The art style is done really well to fit the game. Any one who is a fan of the game should check it out.

chubs, after much debate I decided against the sf figs. i emailed planetanime and they said no sesshomaru and kikyo until on or around december 29 ! eeek ! so i went ahead and order them at the site 316what posted ( Thanks again for the link bud ;) ) and at first i was gonna order a set of the sf figs, then i realized if i did, i would cave and try to collect as many of them as i could in the future, lol and im trying my best to cut down , so i ordered the chunli and ryu variants cause they were only like 10.99 a piece and i like those characters neways. i figure that will do for me that way i least own a couple to satisfy my collection. and if i ever see them in person i may pick up bison and sagat.

Ed, Al, Roy Mustang and Winry - and they will come blister carded, not blind boxed when released here, so thats good - i guess 50 bucks on ebay isnt all that bad if you get them for 6.99 each -- 7 of those would work out to 49 bucks -- its the shipping that usually kills it -- ah well, looks like they will get them all out here eventually -- ill just wait :D

I really need to start posting here more often. I've got SOOOOOOOO much figures over the past 2 weeks that it's ridiculous. Lupin PVC set, Full Metal Alchemist, Neon Genesis pvc statues...
however the best part of it all is where I've been putting all these figures. No, I don't mean my room either. As Vegeta knows, my bro & I were in a car accident about a month & a half ago. Needless to say my car was wrecked beyond repair. So after going out looking, test driving, comparing price & the such, last weekend my bro & I bought our new car. A 2005 Honda Civic 2 door coupe in a metallic blue color. Such a great car. Such a big trunk to put all the figure we buy, haha.
I wish I had a digital camera to take pictures of the stuffed trunks of my Civic. Well when I get a digital camera within the next month, I'll take ton of pics to show ya guys. Car, figures, Anime & your freedom back. What else can a guy ask for? :)

I wish Kanu (the standing girl) had clothes on, but overall, i like the set. This is the third set from this anime, and easily the best sculpted. 2 was pretty good, and i still look it up from time to time, and the 1st set was just horrid.

Unfortunately, its going to be one of those expensive blind box sets. I saw one auction on eBay tonight for 50 bucks.

I too saw all the Final Fantasy trading figures. I saw it last weekend at Suncoast here in NJ. Also, Nick said he saw all that stuff at FYE, it's like a Suncaost but instead of movies it's music.

yeah, its weird - there seems to be a bunch of different FYE's around -- some are all music, some are all movies, some are both -- they are even starting to make all game FYEs -- mine though is a giant shop with all of them -- its been around a while, years before the smaller ones started popping up everywhere -- its got music, movies, games, comics, magazines, toys, and swag

so, you'd knwo it if you had one -- apparently they are rare -- but poke around - if i saw them here, that means they should be hitting comic shops and the like now as well

I just went to my local anime shop and got a look at the US release of the trading arts final fantasy figures and OMG do the paint applications on the body's suck @$$ the japan release is tons better. The only thing I like about these figures is that rinoa and yuna's face paint applications are better because the eyes on the japan release seem sloppily done. well thats my rant. Oh and I picked up 2 new FMA trading figures and luckily none were metallics. ^_^

UrashimaNick, JLA wave 2 shipped yesterday. I hope I do find a set with perfect paint, I really want those figures. I did get the First Appearance Robin figure, great figure & very decent paint (although I had to look through a bunch of them to find one)
