the 'maximum' in that Trigun set came from 'Trigun Maximum', which is the name of the manga. the SIF line has no 'maximum' distinction.

Does anyone have any info on this figure? It's from the New York Comic Con thread that has been posted, but no one knows anything. Maybe the pieces around it will give some clues to maybe the maker if anything. Thanks for the help.

It's based on the art of Tsukasa Jun who I only found out about after I Googled the name plate I barely made out in the picture I took at the con... looks pretty sweet! Wish I'd asked about it at the booth... Hell, I even forgot the name of the booth *smacks head*. Here are some more pics I took. Can't wait!

95% of the kits shown at WF aren't released as prepainted or in PVC form. They are done by the maker or some one on the design team or whoever for the show and sold in kit form.

Deansta,I just got her tonight. :D Mmm mmm. Me likes, boy, I was ecstatic. Too bad, the birds outside pooped alot on my car. I should not have parked under the trees. After I got her, SpawnX, Sylvian, AtomKind,****Happen and I had some fried chilly mee, garlic nan bread, fried rice, iced Milo at the Mamak cafe downstairs and talked about toys. Nice.

That's because it's Kaiyodo....almost synonymous with quality.:D I remember people raving about Kaiyodo, Kaiyodo back then with that red Vash.Sera is Koto and Kotobukiya is sometimes here and sometimes there, not always hitting the mark. Look at their T3 snapfit statues. Arnie doesn't look like Arnie. Kristanna looks nothing like Kritanna.

FYI. Kotobukiya is making Sera available again. They're taking orders for the April release date via their official online store. Not sure if the pre-order is open to foreign orders though. They say they're producing another 2,000 units.

I agree that the hips are semi akward, but like you said "these lines are about articulation, and there are plenty of sexy non articulated Morrigan figs". I am glad they went with the poseable wings on Morrigan, that is going to be great :D

I gotta agree with you guys, I havent got a mcfarlane fig in awhile. The only thing im interested in currently is series 29 and the 12 inch scar pred. I got maybe 4 to 5 figs by mcfarlane last year. But the thing is i still dont have any $ :( since september of last year when i was diagnosed with cancer i havent gotten any cash up. I havent been healthy enough to work and I had to take the year of off school so that means no financial aid. But all is well and next month i should be back in the game, and when that happens ill be sure to get some sweet anime figs.
