Ready 2 Rumble: Round 2 for Dreamcast

It has the best unlockable characters:

Bill Clinton
Hillary Clinton
Shaquille O'Neal
Michael Jackson

boxing with those characters is alot of fun

Gotta go old-school, and go with Mike Tyson's Punch Out.

How many of us wasted DAYS trying to knock out Iron Mike?

007-373-5963. The code for infamous Mike.

It's like when you first fought Mike, it was a 3 hit Round 1 TKO. But when I finally beat him? That was videogame bliss. Probably my first real experience of super sweaty palms, standing up and being jittery with my legs like the Ultimate Warrior from WWF, and yelling all sorts of trash-talk into a TV set with dials (pre-remote control days).

Memories.

Punch Out was classic. Yep, that WAS the feeling. I beat him several times, but each time it was really tough. Mostly the first 1:30 sec.

But hey, how about Victorious Boxers. That had a great boxing engine.

and imaginegraphix- best avatar ever!

I've got to agree with every one else, Mike Tyson's Punch Out. It's just so much fun that even non-boxing fans can enjoy it. And I still have the hardest of times beating Soda Popinski. And on those very rare occasions that I did do so, the second fight with Bald Bull always killed me.

I was scrolling to the bottom hoping I could remember what game I played on the Genesis before I got to the reply box. This was it! *LOL* :D
I loved that game. I created a green guy named Hulk and whooped ass with him.
That was also the last boxing video game I ever played. So I definitely have to pick it.

I still want to pick up a cheap, used copy of one of the newer games for the PS3 just to see if they're any fun.

Super Punch Out, which I think a lot of people are confusing for Mike Tyson's Punch Out.

I just downloaded an SNES emulator just so I could play it, about an hour ago.

I remember my buddy Gavin beat Tyson in the first round...we actually had it on tape and sent it to Nintendo with all these knockout scenes...he was a big time editor, we had music playing in the background..it was actually a killer video...It took me on the other hand, A LONG TIME TO BEAT TYSON...can you see my frustration?
