So a guy on the beckett boards was offering someone the Iginla Signature Gems card from Black Diamond and I sent him an email telling him I'd buy it and had paypal right now. Do you guys think that's a low thing to do? I really want that card so I did it anyways and the guy he offered it to was someone I just dealt with. Should I have done it or no?

Not sure what your talking about, but if you bought something on ebay, and didn't receive it yet, you have 45 days to file a non-receipt of item claim! Can be from a balance transfer, credit card or whatever, as long as it's paypal funds of some kind, so your okay if that is what you're talking about!

now i look on the my redemptions and the second is a Dallas Stars and Buffalo Sabres... so did UD all the sudden open it up to two Showcases or did I just screw something up?

UD did 93-94, 94-95 and 95-96. Pinnacle did 96-97 and 97-98. All the other ones were done by In The Game.

I'm checking with my Upper Deck contact about the whole redemption sitch. My hope is that this doesn't kill anyone's initial redemption (i had a WC before, don't want to lose myMichael Richards RC).

It seemed different to me since there was an NHL form to fill out as part of the process. that didn't happen initially.

I'm getting bummed out with kmitchel tho, he doesn't seem to want anyone else to have any cards.(haven't gotten an email from him yet, have you?)
He bids on a card for .99, I leave it and he wins it for .99 I bid on a card for .99, he'll try for it as well. Even tho I said I didn't mind not getting any more, if they're a buck and brand new, I'll put in a bid, my thinking being there are so many, he'll get his and I'll get mine. nope. Lately my only wish has been to up his bids so that he doesn't get every single card for dirt cheap. That's not the attitude I like in myself, so I'm probably going to shut down my search and/or collecting, and stick with the base cards like I did originally..

besides, I'm going to need all the money I have for that game 1 jersey coming up.. I hope I'm not in competition with Geli himself..
