I think I got them for a pretty decent deal too. $15 for Vader, $30 for Maul and $40 for Grievous. $93 for the 3 of them dlvd.

All that Star Wars goodness for under $100...I'd say you did well.

Actually Walden...I can't get a good price gauge on that thing....only one completed on ebay (for $200)...azog's priceguide is all screwed up because it's including all the other spidey statues. I dunno....just take a look at the price and let me know....$175 could be way too low for all I know.

That's okay... If that's a good price range, It's something I can try to get. One booth had everything Bowen. He even has a case of Chrome colossus mini statues that were suppose to be a convention exclusive. Don't knwo how much those. That; sthe sam ebooth that was selling teh gold bucky for $250.

I'm not too falimiar with Gentil Giant stuff. So I not sure what GG AOTC is. I did see some Gentile giant mini bust. They were on display. What me to keep an eye out for you? If so,, I gotta see pcitures of what you need.

I DID see a Puniser Bowen Statue... It was for $125.. Can't rememeber id it was for teh new one or not. I remember it was $125 thinking to myslef. "man.. I should have waited.."

Not a problem. I have paypal just waiting for you to tell me you got them and how much it was.

If you're able to get them...and be able to inspect them for chips, cracks, etc, before buying them...that would be awesome....as I can't look at items on ebay before I buy them. So I'd much rather go this route.

UFC is kinda lame...Pride is the real deal, I remember going to a pride fight last time I was in Tokyo

Everyone has there own opinion. I like some fighters from Pride, like Wanderlei, Fedor, Genki, but I like the cage better than the ring. Plus, I support US over Japan in sports anyday. But Pride is going to go bankrupt, thats why they don't have fighters like Mirko or Jackson anymore.

Ah yes, very nice. I've noticed lately that they don't seem to be putting on enough white paint for the white spider logo on the symbiote Spidey and Venom. The black bleeds through which makes it look weird. They need to put another coat of white on there to make it shine.

Yeah I see what you mean. I just checked the completed auctions on eBay and filtered from highest to lowest. Except for a couple exceptions the white, yellow and green ones seem to fall in the $125 to $135 range. I'm watching the green one you linked. It had a BIN of $150 like his yellow one did but I'm patient enough to keep watching for a lower price.

Thanks but I don't see that happening. I dig the troopers and the villians mostly. I can't see myself ever picking up any of the Jedi and such. Well except for Jar Jar. :D

I WON'T be getting the SM3 Busts....they don't look that good to me. I really don't like the Venom one. The exposed tendons around the mouth just don't look right.

Depends on what overly expensive is? We paid $1500 for Buttercup. We saw some that ran $2500 or so as well. You can get them for $900 or so I think sometimes.

BJ, the setup you have looks good. My only suggestion would be to invest in a suitable display case or shelving system. You have some beautiful and expensive pieces there but the shelves you have them on don't do them justice.

Maybe someday in the future (Christmas at the EARLIEST). I've got to pay off the the X-men VS #1 then by the time I finish that it will be time to buy #2.

You seem to be missing a certain Doc Ock in the lower left hand corner :p

Oh, I'll get him...just as soon as I get the X-men shelf done and pay for my SS statues.

Yeah, I think we saw that site when looking for ours...we got ours from a breeder near Chicago. Ours is a straight EB. Just bred mini for the same reasons you mentioned above to help eliminate the health problems. I think they also breed them with Boston Terriers to get the smaller size. The breeder we got Buttercup from breeds full blooded EB though. Either way, they are cute as all get out. :D
How old is yours? Buttercup is 4 months and a week.

Babalu got owned hardcore. Didn't expect that at all. I put way too much faith into Macdonald. Hughes really didn't impress me at all tonight but he did enough to win. Couture manhandled Sylvia and proved he definately deserves the HW title. Amazing performance.

I'd have to say this was a fantastic show...especially after the lackluster last show. That first combo from Randy was phenomenal.:eek:

Hughes looked "ho-hum" in his fight and I hope the loss doesn't keep Lytle from having another chance in the UFC. He's a gamer and did what many have failed to do...survive Hughes' ground and pound.

The instant slow-mo replay of Babalo getting KO'd was sick looking...especially with his ears flopping around, lol. I'm glad Franklin won but I was expecting more from MacDonald after his last two fights. Now if Franklin's rematch for the title is indeed in Cincinnati, that way very well be my first live event to go see.

The worst part of the card was Sylvia's bull***** comment about an injury during the post fight interview. As soon as the crowd started booing, he knew he fracked up, lol. Time for him to go back to bailing hay.:p

Thanks for the offer but I'd give it time if I was you. Alot of people don't pay quickly for some reason or the other. I usually wait a couple weeks before filing a non-paying bidder with eBay.

I don't think we have a GG hookup yet. Joe seems to get some GG stuff, but I don't think we can pre-order through him because of GG's account requirements. I'm really dissatisfied with the sites I've been pre-ordering through, and I'd love to get my GG Star Wars stuff from one of the guys in this thread.

Yep. #1 There are no other announced busts of Jedi or Sith that haven't been shown. #2 the head perfectly fits the profile of a guards helmet. #3 You can see a small bit of the red cloak in this pic:

I see a lot of people are getting the Green and Grey Hulks from Sideshow and/or Bowen. I have these 2 Hulk Busts (Green and Grey Variant), would make a cool eition to a display, I haven't got the room to display them at the momment. LMK if you are interested, we can work something out. I am not looking to make any profit, jut would rather see them go to a collection and get displayed properly.

As far as I can recall the Senate Guards have always had the broom mohawk and no visor on in all the prequel movies, so my guess would be that is how the bust will look also.

The ROTS figs has the visor and the non broom mohawk. I hope they make them like this. Would seem easier than trying to sculpt a face.
