Hello there fellow vinyl collectors! I wanted everyone to know that our new Vinyl Toy Network (VTN) website is up and active: www.vinyltoynetwork.com. We will continue to update information for the Spring VTN Show (Sunday, May 4th, 2008) as new information comes in.

The most exciting thing about this year's Spring VTN Show is that we will be hosting a custom show inspired by VTN's mascot Vinnie. We are deligently casting in the Wheaty Wheat Studios workshops twenty, 18 inch blank Vinnie figures for twenty, invited artists to customize. One of those artists will be WWS' favorite artist and friend, Andrew Bell. And as a side note, make sure you come out to his opening at Gallery 1988 tomorrow (Titled Burning Desire: Tues., March 4th from 7pm to 10pm).

This year's Spring VTN Show will be again, bigger and better! I can't wait to see what the artists create using the 18 inch blank Vinnie figures. I hope to see you all there! Even those of you that are not from the Southern California areas! Yes, I'm talking to YOU!, Mid-westerners and East Coasters. Pasadena, California in the spring time is gorgeous! Sunny and the perfect climate to be frolicking around. There are plenty of hotels and shopping to be had and walking distance from the Pasadena Convention Center as well as all the other tourist attractions in the Los Angeles area. So I really hope to see some of you out of towners at the Spring VTN Show! There isn't a better place to take a mini-vacation like Pasadena and to incorporate your vinyl obsession on top of that?!!! You can't ask for anything more!
