Next is the random office pic for today. A couple of members had asked for some shots of my cubicle, so I figured I’d kill two birds with one stone. This one is of yours truly. The little guy I’m working on may look a little familiar. Hiya folks –
With my beloved Steelers poised to become the first defending Super Bowl champs to miss the playoffs since the Patriots in 2002, and the Broncos likely benching Jake Plummer, it’s been a rough football season in the Weber household. With that in mind, I’d like to thank the Arizona State Sun Devils for marching into Tucson and thumping the University of Arizona on Saturday. Despite the win and subsequent bowl bid, ASU is firing head coach Dirk Koetter as Athletic Director Lisa Love says the football program needs “higher standards.” To recap, four bowls in six years and winning four of five against our archrivals (No Pity For the Kitty) isn’t good enough for ASU, while U of A is left bowl-less and with a head coach/referee stalker that looks like Barney Rubble.

For today’s preview, we take a look at the first packaged sample of our Gilbert Perreault figure from NHL Legends Series Four:

Gilbert and the rest of NHL Legends 4 (Wayne Gretzky, Bobby Clarke, Darryl Sittler, Bobby Hull and Bobby Orr) are expected to hit stores in mid-December. That’s all for today!
