As long as Barry held up on what he said we're going to wait to see what he sets the price on for Set 3. I told him my last three Belanger's have been 1 Period, 1 Game, and Issued so I want something used in more then two games.

So if they keep it low I'll be good to purchase it. If they goto the 3rd round they may charge more. I mean hopefully they will not considering how many Belanger's I've bought.

GREAT SCOTT!!! I just got off the phone paying for my Florida jersey!! Last year, they took at least a month to come in, perhaps longer, I don't remember. They're in now!

I didn't take the blue jersey, just the red alternate. The blue only saw 9 games, the red got 13, and I still have the Katrina jersey, so I only need the red to get my trilogy going again (I sold last year's red to buy this year's)

I'm stuck with getting a Belanger. He does not have the Kings jerseys from this year so if I wanted I could probably get one in LA for their discounted price or just save the mooney since I am going to England. If Belanger resigned then I would wait and get one next season that actually had some game use. Also this is the last of this style of jersey with the new RBK jerseys next season.

Meigray has made a nice killing on the $295 grab bags. I'm surprised people are doing that. I guess it's better than people blowing that kind of dough on packs of cards hoping for some 1 inch x 1 inch game used card. At least they are getting a jersey.

I know Barry does but I hate complaining. I'm still getting a jersey but I'm not too particulary happy but I don't like complaining to get something out of it. To me that would be all that I could accomplish if I complain. Now if they sold the Set 2 even though I put down a deposit well then I'd complain.

This baby finally arrived.

Unlike a lot of players who used generic pink sticks made by TPS, Sherwood (Spezza has contract with them) made a one-of-a-kind pink stick for Spezza to use on March 17, 2007 (Sens played the Flyers). Spezza used this in the pre-game warmup.

Well I talked to Barry today about the Set 2 jersey. It was worn in 7 games as the first set dates that were posted have changed.

Also he said it had nice wear and a repair. I asked him if there was anything above the A in Atlanta. That is where the repair is. Looks like I've photo matched the jersey already and I don't even have it.

The jerseys were made for the players but not used. A lot of people put the Misc bids and didn't think about it and got GI's. Some people also bid on jerseys thinking they were worn but they were GI's as well.

Question for anyone who knows about game used hockey sticks. Besides the name being stamped on the stick, is there any other markings on a stick made for a player and a retail stick???? I don't know much about any of the hockey stick companies. Do some only make pro sticks for players?
I know a decent amount about bats. Like Louisville Slugger only makes a couple of retail model with player's names on them (Arod, Jeter, Manny) and they are easy to tell from what the one's that are made for the player to use. They underline the 125 and stamp the bat length in the handle. Other companies don't sell retail bats with player names and company out of Canada that makes the SAM bats only makes them for player's and are quite expensive. Just wondering what the stick makers do? I know TPS is Louisville Slugger brand.

You can buy pro stock sticks (same ones the players use) on some websites (but not for all brands and playesr). You just have to do your research on the stick, tape job, and source of acquisition to make sure what you are buying is real.

there is also no dave steckel who was called up to play in the final 2 games

i also noticed that the sutherby, schultz and klepis stick are described in the auction title as "ready used" which i understand that they might have been used at some point just not in this game

I only found out about Set 2 and Set 3 when I called Barry about the Belanger and he told me the Set2 and 3 dates changed. So when they changed Belanger played more games in Set 2 then 3. So actually I got what I wanted with Belanger's Blue which was used in 7 games.

I think because of the fabric it's not a cut or a crease but like a pull. Like if you have a shirt and a strain gets pulled out. It's hard to describe it.
