Who's watching Shrek the 3rd this weekend?

I'll go and see it. But then again..I'm not one of those guys who thinks it's "uncool" to be seen going to see a digital cartoon. Who cares...Spiderman 3 probably had more CGI in it then Shrek 3 will.

The only CGI animated flicks i see these days is Pixar.

Sometimes you can't follow what websites and the "critics" say. After all I once read a review saying that Children of Men was "abysmal, pointless, and total waste of time". Not that I ever followed what movie critics said but that reassured me that they were all full of poo ;)

pass......first two were fairly decent, but the trailers i've seen for this one do nothing for me.....plus the fact that they've already started work on shrek 4 depresses me.....

My kids like the Shreck movies and so do I but it looks like they're really churnin them out now. They are only going to ruin the Shreck franchise all together with the marketing alone.
It's just sad

Just got out of a free premier myself. I actually liked this one better then the first two but it is, pretty much, more of the same from Dreamworks animation. Pretty good movie for the whole family. It's only the second movie I have taken my 20 month-old daughter too (other was Charlotte's Web premier) and she actually watched most of it. There is a scene where Shrek has a nightmare about crying ogre babies and that set her off for a few thou.

Overall I'd give it a 4 out of 5. Good movie for the family, and possibly even a good flick for a date. I laughed a lot but I totally agree, If you did NOT like the first two there isn't anything new to make it worth your time.
