i'm looking for an in depth and detailed guide on what to do and how to respond among other things. (i'm preparing a report for class and this eventually ties into my military training survival course).

Well from what I know of a nucular attack, is find a bomb sheltar.

And if you are no where near one, run like hell or turn into a Scorpion! (Scorpions can withstand nucular attacks) :p
