haha i'm weak! well, the one pack i bought was quite MINTY so i couldn't pass it up. there was another there, but the mask on lewis was all skewed to one side. dunno how many more they had in stock.

the manning 2-pack was crappy too cos peyton had a broken facemask as well.

i loved buying it from hawkeye at the expo for $20! wish they had the lewis/portis packs when we went :(

It is not likely that Ebay will suspend the seller based on one buyers complaint. Make sure you file with all the agencies listed - especially the USPS - they do investigate and take action.

I would send this seller a registered letter advising them of the steps you are taking and letting them know that you will pursue this until you receive a full refund.

It may work - it may not - but it is all you have left and the louder your scream the more likely you are to get your money back. It's the squeaky wheel that gets the grease!
