yeah.. i actually had 6 at one point.. i'm sure that each one (except the damaged one) would have been a minimum of AFA85 (case fresh) since they all had at least one small area of light scuffing that is typical of many McFarlane figs.. one of them *might* have gotten a 90 overall, but it had that curled facemask strap that bothered me.

anyways, the cost for all that shipping and customs fees would have left a bad taste in my mouth (when AFA returns stuff, they insure it at full value) so that was the only thing holding me back. so far all the people that i've sold my best snowy's to have replied back and told me they LOVED the condition of the figs and found no problems with the clamshell whatsoever. (hahaha can you say BLIND!) :P

I don't have any info on the acrylic cases, I asked for details via email but there has not been a response yet.

Once I have any info, I will let you know.

Anyone need NHL regs from any series? I am likely going to sell a bunch of these, so if anyone is after anything, let me know. There are some that I want to keep for my collection, but if there is anything that you didn't get from Steve, I probably have it.

I am looking for loose Team Canada (Broduer, Sakic, Lemieux and Yzerman) and a couple others, but I don't yet have the detailed list together yet.

Actually, I don't like chase figures.. I just like the dark jersey ones (that's why I"m so pissed that the Snowy Brady was a chase instead of a regular..my life would be SO much simpler).

The snow base is actually cool too, and I like how the figure is "shiny" with sweat/wet snow.. Brady2 probably won't be snowy at all, but oh well, it'll be minty:)

Since Cooperstown 2 is around the corner, the Babe Ruth chase might be a little confusing like what they did with the Soft Cap Yogi Berra.

Here's a pic for comparison. The one on the right is the actual chase figure. It will have a sepia tone on the figure and the base is a different colour (grey dirt vs brown dirt). I want the one on the right.....help out Bronfie get the Babe!

Nope, Don is about mid 40's....has a family....financially well off and owns his own landscaping business. About over a year ago, he was a nice guy. He even gave me a good deal on a Roy with Logo Bottle and a Bruins Bourque........then something along the way, he became bitter. Then became a jerk. Now, most people don't even like him. Don is CFL_Fan btw.

I emailed James (Fandamonia.com) to get a price with shipping and also to find out if these are the version that can be displayed on the wall.
They are a Canadian company, so shipping will be lower and there won't be any customs fees (woo hoo!)

Also, it looks like I will probably be getting the 49ers Rice that I was after!! Roland (roeG) is the man!!

We got our first playoff game tonight, should be feisty... we played them last week and one of their guys went after our best player (led the league in points) after the final buzzer.

I love playing in games like this... not like I have a problem standing up for myself :)

It is probably spyware, get your friend to download Spybot and install it, it is easy to use and also free. Not a bad idea to run it once a week and get the updates... I find it works pretty well.

Yeah, I found one at Planet X today for $25 so I picked it up. Looks wicket....tempted to keep it for myself but I like the Babe better. I don't think Coops2 is out in Canada yet....probably not until next week as NBA8 just came out like 3 days ago.

yeah that will be the tough part !!..Planet X has it right, $25 for variants is a pretty good price,I wish my comic shop would follow suit, they are charging $40 for NBA 8 vars.For some reason they charge $30 for football and hockey vars, but $40 for baseball and basketball vars:confused:
