Troy, scalpers know what they're looking for and so far #38 hasn't been in most shipments but hopefully they'll be coming. I should be able to get them once most TRU's clear out more stuff and put the new stuff out.

Tomorrow is Star Wars day, BABY! woot woot.....both me and my roomate took half the day off tomorrow.

BTW, anyone have an extra Blackhawks Chelios for cheap? I need one to complete a trade/

Tony did a session at Frozen Pond last summer, with George Bell.
The auto's were $10 each and all the money went to the Jays Foundations.

Most of the other one's were from charity events, my friend's parents do the Festival of Trees in Peterborough and they bought most of them for me. I have helped out at there cottage on many occasions and was there son's best man at his wedding, so they thought they 'owed me'.

I also have a card collection that I bought from a long time season ticket holder, it has more autographs in it then I could ever imagine! They didn't want to give them to their grandchild, so they basically gave it to me, but I insisted on paying them for it. Most of the autographs were from the grapefruit league games, as they would finish their winters there and back to Toronto for the start of the season.

My hockey collection is solid too, my next one will be an autographed Rick Nash Team Canada jersey at Frozen Pond.
We also have our corporate golf tournament in a few weeks and last year I ended up with about 25 autographed pucks, this year we will have 36 former NHL players. Last year we had Bobby Hull, Marcel Dionne, Cheevers, Wendel Clark, Palmateer, Tiger Williams, Rick Vaive, Brad Park, Dale Hawerchuk etc etc.

Last year I golfed with Rene Robert (from the Buffalo Sabres 'French Connection' line in the 1970s), everyone got a signed jersey from the person that they golfed with too.
This year I want to golf with Billy Smith, he was my hero as a little kid, when the Islanders were my favourite team. At that time my Mom's cousin was involved with them still and would send me birthday cards signed by the entire team... I wish I still had those!!

yep...i even checked this morning and there was nothing...

they must have put them on during the afternoon when "normal" people are working...a bunch of scalpers see them and buy 30-40 each and bam...theres nothing left in stock...

usually warehouse finds are limited to about 200-400 pieces...one or two scalpers see the figure its gone since there are no limits on warehouse finds...

i just wanted a white CC 12 inch roy without paying an arm and a leg.:mad:

Chases have become harder and harder to get at retail here, because of the fat, scalping, ***** toy manager at Walmart south Barrie! :mad: The north store is not as corrupt!
