as of now they are on back order, which means when they check the warehouses to see if any stock are left they will email me and let me know.

i called customer service today and the woman told me my order was pending stock in the warehouse, but if they do have stock left it should be at my sears on September 15th...so i gotta wait to see if the scalpers raped the warehouse already....

the employees buy all the chase figures first since they get first dibs and 10% off...and the rest get scalped until they are worth nothing on ebay...then they sell them in the store for $26.99-39.99, after you can get them on the boards or ebay for around $10US:rolleyes:

thats how it works around there...too bad it wasnt like before when chase figures were available to customers first and were only a couple bucks more:mad:
