Great, I can't delete it. Well, it's funny that this is ALL over Ovechkin. A guy that has played 2 games. As if acquisitions in the beginning of the year will make significant differences down the road? Why not actually learn how the pool works and be a good scouter and maybe you'll realize there are still many good players still available out there and probably be BETTER then Ovechkin for this years stats.

So apparently I'm doing this to make klesla happy. Considering that I don't even know him. Honestly, I figure there would be cooler heads that would prevail but apparently I can't cater to everyone's whim. I don't want to hear it anymore....so, I'm leaving the league. I'll still give my ante to whoever wins. I'll drop my entire team so you all you guys can "waiver" claim all my guys in your hearts content. All the work I had to do for this league is definately not worth the crap I'm getting from guys I thought were decent friends.

And while I"m here, Troy, you have some nerve thinking that I'm trying to help someone else. Most cases I made less point modifiers, decrease the # of moves to make it easier for you since it's your first time. I made each pick longer for you because you had to help Jon. If anything, I had to simplify the league for certain individuals. And how the same people are the ones also complaining that I'm not being fair to them.

How did I stir up anything ? Where have I been whining and causing chaos ? Other then this waiver thing ? I asked on the night of the draft about the waivers and there was no problem .I asked about drafting my 8 players after you guys had finished the 8th round and was told no.So I was alright with that and drafted the rest of the time without a problem.I put a reminder on the pool board and I am somehow an @ss ? I have never caused any problems in any other draft I have been in .I asked if the waiver could be changed and the answer could of been no and I would of had to of been fine with it or leave the league.I don't see how it is such a problem ? If you guys choose for me to leave the league and you guys stay then thats fine with me.I hope all of us stay onboard though.This can be a fun league.Look at the arguing in the SFL :D .I don't want to get into the middle of two buddies.I am just the new guy .

I'm just saying, instead of just complaining then do something constructive. When Troy says "W T F??? This Fantasy League is a fuggin joke Bronf! How can you let a guy wander in late, and change all the rules to suit him! I'm fuggin pissed off! ". how AM I supposed to take it?

You make it sound there is this social upheaval that I'm letting happen. I said, hash it out with whoever and make a resolution. Fact is, I can't make everyone happy. I can only be fair.
Fine, Klesla did show up late. But I didn't expect him to show up after. He asked nicely if he can have higher priority and I thought it was fine as long as Erik got it first. Klesla didn't get a chance at some elite players like we did. I didn't know that this would cause such a scene.

This whole pool has nothing but a ***** fest for some people and I somehow as the commissioner take the brunt of that crap. Honestly, if you guys were in my shoes...what would you do to make it fair? Honestly...it's not that easy and cut and dry. I honestly don't know what the hell you want me to do and this is indeed causing more stress then it is fun by anymeans. I'm ready to quit and not look back at all. My biggest mistake was volunteering to be the commissioner for this.

sorry to cause so much stress over this bronf.:o it wasn't intended. i haven't held anything against you or klesla. my problem was with somebody getting treated differently or special conditions due to lateness. it wasn't meant to be personal, nor a big deal. lateness is a pet peeve of mine. comes from my flight training. if we were late, even by one minute, for a flight or weather briefing, we missed out. period. i know of jobs within aviation where you're fired if you're late. no questions asked, no second chances. i live by the theory that if you're late and you missed something, too bad. if you go to a movie late, they won't start it over at the beginning for you, nor will they replay certain parts for you afterwards. i wasn't upset about losing ovechkin necessarily. i was expecing troy, jon or wil to pick him up off me. it was the principle more than anything. i wouldn't want anybody quiting over this. it's really not worth it. think of the jackpot at the end. potentially 10 white hasek2's or 10 white alfredsson's.:p that's gotta be enough to stick it out.:D

Yeah, everyone will face injuries. It's much better to face it early then midseason. A few years, I had 4 guys injured and there not on the IR. They were just listed day to day. So, I couldn't stick any of the 4 on my IR list but still couldn't get any points for them over 2-3 weeks. Next time that happens, I'll be smarter and just drop them.

Agreed, I don't make moves unless there's a steal before someone else realizes it or unless it's really necessary. They definately come handy when more and more people become injured. It's gunna be a long season so pacing your moves is definately key.

Hey Wil, not sure if this has been mentioned but Brady regular in NFL 11 has 2 versions from the cases i've cracked. One is muddy (right knee and leg), the other is near clean. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I noticed that from the cases I saw on Friday and the cases that I saw yesterday.. the cleaner ones from Friday look much better than the muddy ones.

Only problem is that out of the total of 10-15 cases that were opened (20-30 reg Brady's) not ONE of them was in minty condition.. most had wavy cards and offset stickers and damage to the clamshell (yesterday I watched as the CanPar guy came into the store and literally DROPPED off 5 cases).

Bronf's gonna hook me up with a boatload of reg Brady's from TradingTerry.. hopefully there's one in there that I'll like. Even better if there was a NH one in there!

Paid $30 for the chase, but screw it, I'm tired of driving around looking, and Walmart only gets 2 cases of football, so chances are slim anyways!

BTW, I saw tons of Roafs at Morningside.ajax, and yep! she gave me first crack at two cases today. nancy's told them not to put out mcfarlane stock until she gets in in the morning. that way they don't put it in the wrong place, or put it out when there's no space. her way of keeping some sanity in the toy dept during the x-mas season i guess.
