Well my American arse has a HUGE autograph from Yzerman that I got from "Barry Sanders Day" in Detroit in the 90's. That's right...Barry Sanders (auto on a 6ft poster), John Stockton (6ft auto poster), Clyde Drexeler (6ft auto poster), and the Yzerman is on a Little Caesar's Pizza bag with Yzerman on it and came with 4 limited cards that LC was giving out with a purchase. These guys were there signing and only signed about 200 items each according to the article I have from the event. I gave Drexeler to a huge "Clyde the Glyde" fan. Yzerman only signed the bags (he was the promotion on the bag and the cards given out too, no posters even made of him). All the others signed 6ft posters that Little Caesars was giving out with purchase (unsigned ones).
I just wanted the 12" to go with the auto. I only have 3 hockey figs.....2 given to me (Cloutier and NHLPA Yzerman) and I bought a Shannahan when they came out. SO SEND ME ONE FONG...YOU BASTAGE!

In their system doesn't mean anything. There are somethings that are in their systems a few months before they actually get it. You have to see if they say "on order" or "in transit". If it's "in transit" then it should be a few days.

Looks nice Chris! Still haven't set up that frame you made me! I don't have a verticle picture that goes with an SP, and an auto'd card! Closest I have is a Robitaille auto 8X10 photo, a card, but damned if I'm opening my retro Luc! :o Maybe I can do one with Ovechkin!

If you have some velcro, you can attach it to the picture frame and switch the frame to a horizontal display. The frame is really light, so just some basic stuff from Canadian Tire should do the trick.

Here is the Lecavalier that I did with a horizontal picture and a signed puck.

I just need to cut down the base, so that it doesn't hang over the edge like it does now.

Troy, with the velcro tape the frame can be switched easily, also I like to keep pictures in the top loaders, but since these frames don't have matting, it prevents that as an option.

As for the Jays game, we could all try for one on a weekend, but those are full pop and not $2 like on a bunch of the Tuesdays.

Here are the dates....
April 18: New York Yankees (already going with a bunch of people)
April 25: Baltimore Orioles
May 5: Oakland A’s
May 23: Tampa Bay Devil Ray

Also next Saturday (Feb 25) they are doing something with the Jays at the Eaton Centre, there will be players signing autographs and stuff like that there too. I think it is 10-4pm.
The autographs are from 11:30am - 1pm.

the ovenchicken outplayed the entire canadian team though. i don't think defense was really the problem though, but rather scoring. losing 3 2-0 games shows that. i just don't think their hearts were in it.

but the defense sure didn't help. McCabe had skaters dance around him in the tournament, and seems like none of the d could skate. That's where we miss Niedermeyer. We could have used a guy like Phaneuf that would have brought a more physical dimension as the defense lacked presence. None of our big guys (size wise) played big.

Posselet me clear one thing up: i'm not a bertuzzi fan. i'm a canuck fan, so i do cheer for bertuzzi and hope the best for him. but i am a fan of a great number of players more than i am for bertuzzi.
as far as the suspension, bertuzzi's agent was approached by a number of european teams about him playing over there last year, but he couldn't because of the suspension, plus he couldn't play in the world cup. so to me, if he could not play any hockey for a year and a half even though it was available to him, the suspension was actually for a year and a half, not just the 20 or so nhl games that it included.
finally, i don't expect the public to go easy on bertuzzi. just the opposite actually. my point was that his punishment hasn't just been the 20 or so nhl games. i just wonder what people will consider a decent punishment. it's like some people want this to continue on for many years.
