I don't know if this is posted before but
by far, this is the best custom TF Leader Class Optimus Prime repaint I have seen.

I hate the whole movie designs they used but even I would have bought it if it looked like that! :D

Sure, the movie designs aren't true to the classic, but when you look at all the different incarnations of the characters from the many many shows that've come out over the years, the movie models could've looked SO much worse. Once I saw the movie, I thought they all looked great. Bay did good in my eyes.

Japanese? Those guys have crazy time on their hands apparently. But yeah, see that's how you paint metal and cars... not with matte dry brushed paint.

right now, on another board, someone has posted a comparable repaint of prime in his classic colors. it's really cool.

Yeah, this trend of transformers drybrushed with craft paint is starting to bug me. This, on the other hand, is how you do it! :cool:

Except for Megatron and Starscream's robot form, I liked how all of the other characters looked in this new style. They were all way more interesting than the blocks of g1.

Blasphemy, I know. :P

Anyway, that Prime is just sick. That guy is a master with the airbrush!!
