Hey Guys...
So, I'm the biggest Flames fan EVER. I found 2 tickets to their home opener on Thurs Oct 4 against the philadelphia flyers for $60 for the pair. They are the sportchek zone (rush seating, nosebleed.)
Then the guy emails me back and tells me he has some tickets in row 22 for $210 for the pair. Now, i don't make a lot of money... i'm actually quite poor compared to most of you. But should I take the better tickets? I mean, come on... its the home opener right? It's gotta be worth the money?
What do i do???

save your money...a home opener is just another hockey game. You'll need the extra cash for drinks, food, gas, etc.

I never assume closer or more expensive is better
it's nice to sit near the glass for the experience if you haven't done it but I enjoy seats way up high just as much if not more .... it is much easier to see the play(s) develop
no matter what you decide ... I hope your team loses :p

If it was for my Stanley Cup Champion Ducks, then absolutely to see that banner get raised.

I have no issue sitting in the lower upper deck. You can pretty much see everything from there.

personally I'd go for the closer seats...the view is awsome and I've personally had my best experiences, being up close
right between the eyes

In virtually all of the rest of North America this is nothing more than ABUSE.
They'd have to pay me alot more than $210.00 to participate in this crime.:)

Buy the cheaper seats, a few years from now when you have more cash you'll sit closer. Plus you'll be able to spend $50 on beer.
