The page allows you to add anyones shipping info and it deducts the shipping from your balance.

I had the link but my computer was fried and now I cannot find it.

There is a way on paypal to print labels through usps. The address is blank and you can fill it in with anyones information if they used or didnt use paypal to pay you. It is a way to use your paypal funds towards shipping instead of using the usps direct site and your credit card.
