Yes its somewhat sharp and I did get it from bud K. i actually got it cus it looked like the weapon from Prince of persia.....

I have seen weapons similar to that whip, but made with razor wire and with a handle on each end. It's actually very similar to the way the piano wire is used for strangling, but 100% worst. You can decapitate a person with no problem.
