Just found a moive spawn with bullet holes at Japan Yahoo..
It was a Japan exclusive or just another custom?

yea that head looks like bawls but the Necroplasm bullet holes are really cool

the bullet holes and 'plasm are definite custom work....sadly, the head is all McFarlane. ;)

No way a bootlegger bothered to be that creative, got to be a custom.

Reminds me of an unmasked Spawn 6 custom recently on eBay that was sold for a small fortune to a Japanese buyer. The figure was splashed with red paints all over and described as a rare bloody variant but the seller told me separately that if you look carefully, you would see a slit at the bottom.
