Unlucky dude, on the other hand I never had to diet, i stay at 110 lbs no matter what, lol hope it gets better for you soon dude.

You need to spruce it up a bit... instead of boring white bread, eat it in a pita bread or tortilla, and add low-fat swiss cheese :)
Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring (otherwise you'll tire yourself mighty quickly of your "diet").
Don't forget to exercise 45 minutes intensively everyday too !

Your diet is wrong,Manga is right,bump it up a notch.Theres people who are on diets that they eat 5-6 small portions a day and lose weight,of course its the calorie burning exercise thats just as important,Ya gotta turn your body into a calorie burnin oven!

Do you hate ALL cheeses ? Cheese is a freaking nice source of proteins.
What did you add to your salad ? Take the time to grate carrots, add some cucumber in there, two hard-boiled eggs and a low fat dressing.
And exercise like crazy :) 45 minutes intensive workout, not counting warm-up.
I like to do a 1 minute at 100 % capacity then 1 minute at half my capacity for about 25 minutes, then I do another type of exercise (stair climbing, running or elliptical trainer).
