Not sure if this in the works.. It seems that the other pro sports have channels.. Why not baseball?? From Spring Training to HOT STOVE.. I think this could be huge, if done right (like anything else)...

Yes, one is already in the works I believe, set to be launched in 2009.

as long as it shows complete classic as well as random games from the past I would be for it

It's in the works, it will be more popular than NFLN the day it starts simply because it will be availible to 3 times the amount of subscribers that the NFLN is currently.
MLBAM is going to go public (IPO) and each team will get (on top of the $30 M they got this year from MLB.com) an estimated $100 M payday. That's why the Royals are spending so much money.
As long as The Baseball Channel doesn't have those ridiculous constants scrollers that take up half the screen like NBA.TV, etc I'll be happy with whatever content they give us.
