It's a bit expensive, but crappy? No. It's a custom and customs are interpreted by the artist... well, that and they want to leech off of the poor Marvel Legends saps that'll buy anything that uses their highly articulated but poorly made bodies.

And it's a better job then I could do, that's for sure.

Also, while it's pretty nice, that figure is not worth $95.

i dig it! new artist's rendition, and yeah, it's not necessarily canon, but it's still neat. i don't even know if it's overpriced, looks like a LOT of time and work went into it, particularly to make the isz. when you think about the sheer number of hours most customizers put into their work (some people put a good 20+ hours in), plus the cost of materials, base figures, paint, etc, most customizers make like $3 an hour. i'm ranting, so to get back to the figure, i kinda like it.
