Lately there have some behaviors that people I know are pointing out as being OCD type stuff. So anyone with knowledge able to give input?

Examples are:
-I stand by the door at my store and I get anxious when the carts are uneven. If I can I re-arrange them to be even and if it isnt do-able right away I just look at it anxious til I can cause it kinda bugs me.
-If I crack one finger I have to crack the other nine. If I crack my neck to one side I gotta do ot with the other.
-I have an odd fascination with number patterns.
-If I step on a crack between panels of a sidewalk on a certain step gotta do it again by the time I hit another crack(if I step on a crack on a third step I gotta do it again on the next third step)
-I usually count my steps in patterns. Like it will be in fives and it will go 1(L) 2(R) 3(L) 4(R) 5(L) then the next step with the right food is like "and a" and goes back to 1 with the left foot.

You need to see an anxiety disorder specialist, sounds like OCD to me...

Take it from someone who has been officially diagnosed for almost eight years.

A lot of people have some OCD traits. Some of the stuff you mentioned I do from time to time.

I wouldn't be too worried about it until you have to flip a light switch 5 times every time to enter/exit a room, or something of that severity.

If it's not having a negative effect on your quality of life, it's not really anything to worry about.

little bits add up.

I can trace mine back to grade school and ripping out note book pages that didn't seem right...
I once flew to Boston to complete my Roger Clemens card collection with some rarer cards that were regional issues (in the days way waaay before eBay)...
I used to not be able to get dressed if my underwear didn't match the rest of my clothing...
I used to check my door five or six times, get in the car, drive away, and have to turn back to make sure I didn't jiggle the lock and accidentally lock it...
I used to think that every cop driving behind me was following me...
I used to pat my "keys wallet...keys wallet...keys wallet..." to make sure I still had them...
There's more, but they all add up to OCD.

def no negative effect on my life. The numbers thing is kinda odd because I find patterns that make people just kinda scratch their heads lol.

how many times do you run your sweeper a day

Number patterns are more likely to be a trait of autism.

I find that everybody has traits of certain 'problems', and people are getting diagnosed more and more as such.

If you went to a specialist, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they diagnosed you as something, when you probably just have certain characteristics that lots of people have. Unfortunately, we live in an ever increasing world of classification, where everybody needs to be categorized.

The only thing I notice is when I shave my head if I happen to feel an area of my head that might have uneven hair no matter what time I have to get up and fix it that instant.

lol yea prob the reason I wont see a specialist. I was mistakingly diagnosed as having ADHD because they thought I wasnt paying attention in class. So they put me on ritalin and then years later they noticed I didnt have it and took me off it when I got to High School. When I got to HS I was paying attention pretty well and stuff so now I dont really like seeing specialists about stuff like this.

Ok, here is how strange I am.

All paper money must be in order from least to greatest. Small bills on top large bills on the bottom. All must be facing the same way.

I cannot sleep on the side of a bed that the door to the room is on.

I am not concerned with the door being locked at night unless my wife asks me if I checked if the door is locked. When she asks I will get up and walk to the front door and unlock it, then lock it back. She has actually tortured me with this. One night she did it about 20 times in a row, waiting until I got back in bed and under the covers each time, then would ask if I checked the door. I got up every time and checked.

At night when I sleep I have to be the one to turn off the tv. I then toss the remote off of the opposite side of the bed. Except on Sunday nights, I lay it on my nightstand.

When I play golf I will not use any colored tees. Wood grain only. I won't use a golf ball with the number 3.

I always have to have change in my pocket. If I run out of change I will go get a dollar changed so that I can have it in my pocket.

I'm crazy.

Oh yeah hotels. I take my own blanket, sheet, towels, and pillows. I take my own cups. I never go barefoot in the hotel, and wear flip flops in the shower. I lysol the hell out of the remote control, bathroom, and furniture. I have actually considered taking my own universal remote.

Check. goes back to when I worked at wal*mart and they taught us that most people that will rob the store, look for this. If you do this, you look "organized" and are less likely to be robbed. Supposedly
I cannot sleep on the side of a bed that the door to the room is on.
Check. I don't know why. I sleep better on the other side.

kind of the same, but I hate change. I leave it in my truck whenever I can and would rather leave it at the register if it's less than a quarter.

I'm crazy.

see above :(
