I'm looking to pick up the 12" Batman Begins Batman and the 12" Jin Roh, and in my search I've see different amples from other companies. My question is for both....How many of each are there?

I've heard of a Takara and a Hot Toys BB Batman:
Which is better?

And like 3 or four versions of the Jin Roh:
A female, and now a new version?

SO which is better and how many versions/companies produce these.
I'd hate to find out theres more than one BB Batman.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Takara's Batman is generally regarded as the superior of the 3 (Medicom, Takara, Hot Toys all did Begins figs ) for posability and accuracy. However, it's also the most expensive.

As for Jin Roh, Takara released a Cy-Girls female version named Midori a few years back. Recently, Medicom did their own Kerberos and now Takara has released a version as well. Once again, Takara is regarded as the superior version, being more accurate and better detailed.

The Takara versions both use a new style body called Gen-X core, which is meant to offer even more realistic posability than the Medicom RAH body.

My personal verdict: It'll run you more, but I'd go for Takara all around.
