When his spider DNA was mutating. He had to undergo treatment by Doctor Connors to counter the effects. He even was a fullblown 6-armed spider at one point.

Cool. I was wondering because I never seen that incarnation of Spiderman before. Looks cool nonetheless.

Yeah, it was the end of issue #100, there was a pretty memorable shot of Peter Parker with 6 arms. That was the big surprise they promised for that issue.

Yup, and he got the fur shortly after and became a monster, I had both of the figurines too :D

I still have em somewhere.
