Just throw your clothes in the dish washer. Same thing.

You can get pretty damn creative with the household items:

I sell appliances for a living.

If you can afford it, get front loaders. Whirlpool Duet Sports are great machines for the money. You will save SOOO much money on water(if you own your home). If you are a renter, just get a top loader. Get a Whirlpool model number WtW5300 for something simple and affordable. Also, the Frigidaire front loaders are great too GLTF2940.

STAY AWAY FROM GE!!!! GE makes HORRRRRIBBBLLLLEEEEE Laundry products.

To give you an idea on savings:

Top loader max water usage: 42 gallons
Front Loader Max Usage: 14-16 gallons

No agitator in a front loader so less wear and tear on your clothes. Front loaders are 3.5 cubic feet, top loaders on average are 3.2 feet not counting the agitator(thing in the middle). You can cut your laundry in half.

Most front loader washers will start around $600 or so, so well worth it if you are going to drop $400 on a top load.

Let me know how you make out!

ha, Loved that movie "Mr.Mom" :) pfftt...No no say it isn't so not Home Depot anything but that place  :spawnskul:D well hmm I would assume GE would have been good but Maytag is also another good one. Speaking of brands. Doesnt LG have a washing machine made? They almost have everything else

It's a great movie.
So many things took place in that movie that are politically unacceptable in today's workplace.
We are a more sensitive generation.
