Spawn - Arsenal of Doom - Toys 'R' Us Fishtank Exclusive

Picked this beat. up at a local store the other day for 30 bucks - did i overpay? maybe..do i care - no! :p

this supposed to be cloudly like that? or is that sun ware? is there something to this case i'm not getting? :P there seem to be some kind of hindges on the top back of the case and some cage-like thingy on the top inside..and the (foot) pegs? are the foot pegs - it came with four...and he has two feet - but there are re-enforced peg holes on the four corners of the foot board...hmm maybe this all makes sense..i'm running on little sleep...anyways...some fun pics..

I think you got a good deal.
The case looks smokey like he just finished shooting something to hell and the guns are smoking. i believe that's how they all came for this fig.

That was actually the "Weapons of Mass Destruction" 3-pack.

I do believe that this figure came with a base in the form of a spawn orb, which seems to be missing. I could be wrong though, since I do not own this one. (I already have the original one, and there is no difference)

You are right. I owned it at one point, and it did come with a spawn base.
The case was clouded like that too.

My favorite part of the figure was the "monster-gun" on his back.

I have some bad news, it is a good figure, but you did overpay. The arsenal of doom spawn came with one less accessory than its blister carded counterpart, a funky (and comic accurate) eyepiece/scope. This is one of those things that McFarlane did back in the day that made no sense. Check the figure, he should have a hole in his head for a nonexistent accessory. You do have a fishtank however and, as Martha says, that's a good thing. Check ebay for "spawn iv" to see the unmasked blistercard version.

as far as I know the they were alot of variants of this toy when it first came out. I know there is a website that shows all of the variants, but I forgot the name.:(
